I would like to put in a good word for these people, as the manager was a top notch stand up bloke to me and this is coming from a customer who could not even come into this business in the end, as things beyond my control occurred and as a customer I am saddened to say that things happened after all the good advice and patience he showed to me. Do not make the mistake of thinking you cannot get a good deal or good service from these people, as its never been relevant to think a 25000 sign out the front and million dollar advertising budgets gets customers a better deal, on the contrary, as these people can keep up with the outrageously too big competitors, as the bigness is what costs you in the end.
